Corporate Communications and Reputation

We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Associate Consultant to join our Corporate Communications & Reputation team, based in our London office.

This early-career role is ideal for someone with around 1–2 years’ experience in PR, communications, journalism or a related field, with a strong interest in reputation, media, and current affairs.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of accounts, contribute to the development of strategic programmes, and get involved in all aspects of delivery – from research and monitoring to media engagement and content development. You’ll also play a role in supporting Lexington’s new business activity and helping to build our own reputation through content and campaigns.

This is a hands-on role with opportunities to work on fast-moving briefs, build trusted relationships with clients and journalists, and learn from experienced colleagues in a supportive, high-performing team.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You’ll be confident managing multiple tasks, willing to take initiative, and eager to develop your knowledge of media and communications.

You’ll bring:

  • Around 1–2 years’ experience in PR, communications or media (agency or in-house)

  • Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail

  • An interest in UK media, current affairs and the wider reputation landscape

  • The ability to conduct accurate, insightful research to inform client work

  • A proactive mindset, with the initiative to manage your own workload

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach with a willingness to learn

Whether you’ve worked in an agency, in-house, or come from a media background, what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and commitment to delivering great work in a fun and varied agency environment.
