Associate Director (Property)

Manchester

We are looking for an Associate Director to play a key role in our growing property team based in Manchester.

The successful applicant, who will have at least five years’ experience in relevant agency or in-house roles, will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of accounts for property and development clients, including those from the residential, retail, energy and transport sectors.

Candidates must have a strong track record, with experience of delivering communications strategies and campaigns for clients across property development sectors. You will have experience managing a team and developing the skills of your colleagues.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing strategic oversight of accounts and expert senior counsel to clients;

  • Managing accounts and client relationships day-to-day;

  • Leading role in new business activity and marketing, including seeking out new leads, drafting proposals and taking part in new business pitches;

  • Leading improvement of quality assurance processes across the company;

  • Developing a network of business relevant contacts;

  • Effective management and mentorship to help team members reach their full potential.

Interview process/Start Dates

Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial, informal interview and, if successful, will be invited for a second interview with Lexington’s directors and leadership team. The role is for an immediate start, subject to notice periods, where applicable.
