We were delighted to host former Lexington Director Lisa Tremble for a Q&A session with our CEO, Emily Cook. Lisa shared insights from her diverse career, from her early days as a Parliamentary assistant to her current leadership role at British Airways.

She spoke about the importance of purpose-driven work, emphasising how this has been a key foundation throughout her career. Lisa also reflected on how her background in politics helped her anticipate challenges when moving into business, developing an ability to think several steps ahead.

Her advice for women in leadership was to be clear on your direction, build a strong team, and set boundaries — particularly when it comes to work-life balance. Lisa balances being a mother of three with an impressive career, and shared how setting boundaries has been essential to managing both.
